I come from a varied background in Tourism, Hospitality, and Real Estate. Having successfully operated my own travel agency for over 30 years in Napier, I then sold the business and purchased a motel in Napier. Enjoying the motel life, my wife and I also bought a 5-star boutique hotel, restaurant, and bar, situated in Napier, and enjoyed a few years operating this hands-on.
At the completion of this, we relocated to Taupo and entered the real estate industry, initially with Harcourts in Taupo. Having now been in Taupo for just over 20 years, I have been involved with selling both residential and commercial properties.
I have decided to return to the industry I truly enjoy, and I discovered ARIZTO was the way forward. I am excited about the prospect of being able to assist clients with both buying and selling properties in the Taupo area.
I have been married to Jan for 38 years and have four adult children. In my spare time, if I have any, I enjoy the company of my three local grandchildren (all under 5 years old!) and also enjoy travelling both overseas and within NZ.
